OCEAN CITY CONVENTION

Everyone had an awesome time at the Ocean for the Council of Ravens Roosts Convention. We had 18 rooms and 38 members and their guests went to dinner at Coins. We also had wonderful food and drinks in the hospitality room. Thanks to all who brought food, drinks, went to the store, set up and cleaned up the room, and anything else that the members and their quests did to make this convention one of the best.

HOTEL REQUEST

Crystal Beach Hotel would like us to rate their hotel. If you have a computer and stayed at the hotel go to TRIPADVISOR.com. Click on write a review and type in the hotel name and the city. The rest is self-explanatory. Let’s help our friends at Crystal Beach since they are very gracious to us every year.

GOLF TOURNAMENT

The 5^th Annual Golf Tournament will be held Friday September 25, 2009 at the Bay Hills Golf Club. Please contact Warren Mortimer 410-255-9158 for more information. Warren needs sponsors and donations so if you can help it would be greatly appreciated. Since this is the 5^th tournament we would like to make this one bigger and better than the previous tournaments. We also need your help in selling 50/50 raffle tickets.

The following have been nominated for officers for the upcoming season. We will take any other nominations at the July meeting and then we will vote. Please make an effort to make this meeting as these people will run Ravens Roost #75 for the 2009-2010 season.
